GLT & Associates, Inc would like to introduce our services to your local organization.  I have developed solutions that will reduce the time and effort required for you to process member renewals, meeting notices and perform other community outreach.  The services provided are inexpensive and offer different pricing levels depending on the GLT activity selected.

Basic - GLT & Associates, Inc will maintain your membership list and provide umlimited mail merge to form letters, mailing label templates, envelopes and member recognition certificates which are provided ready to print via email in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.  The list will maintain; Member name, street and mailing address, email address, website, phone & fax with appropriate contact name and salutation.  Also, prospective member information may be maintained at no additional charge along with vendors from out of the area who may participate in annual events sponsored by your Chamber or Association.

Intermediate - This level of service includes all of the basic services plus all mail merge and mailing services performed by GLT.  You may provide pre-printed stationary, envelopes or postcards or your Chamber logo in any of the popular image formats (i.e. jpg, bmp or gif) to print on plain paper and we'll do all the work.  Postage is billed separately as rates may change from time to time.

Premium - This level of service includes all of the basic and intermediate services and additionally includes financial reporting.  We use the popular MYOB financial package.  You'll write checks and make deposits like always, but will provide the transaction information to GLT to record and report.  Monthly and Annual reports are provided in Adobe Acrobat format ready for you to print and we'll provide you a complete CD backup of the MYOB files should you decide to do financial reporting internally any time in the future.
